This was just a experiment to see the difference between cards just a curiosity of mine , but I think the results are good because that way I can see , what I want , if I want a cute clean card or a more cartooning card I think playing with all our materials and imagination is so much fun and every time I think of something just to try , I have to do it to see the final results , I try different things before with no such a good results as this one , but some of the bad one , let me good lessons too , and sometimes from our mistakes , you get good results , this two cards I made I just made them because i place with glue one of the items of the card in a black paper by mistake , and after that I cut it , but I couldn't shake out of my head the idea , I did this before but with more strong color in the card .I did like it the thick black borders I maybe try them more in the future , what I being trying a lot is make cards with the measure of 5 and 3/4 I think I like those a little bit more than" standard " cards I like I said before I love big cards full of everything with big images . In the personal note , my hands still hurting but thank God ,nothing so bad I ca still do my craft ..yeeeaaahhhh Soon I will travel to the USA..( 18 hours flight ) huh , but I guess is ok , but the other yuki thing is a promise not to spend to much money in craft (cry cry) because I still have to much stuff the I haven't use , ...but them I remember the we are paying for 3 colleges at the same time , and I said ...Gaby control yourself you don't need it ....but my heart said yes you need it ...but my heart and my brain speak different languages
For this card I decide to used watercolors ,because for me is easy to use watercolors when the stamps have a to going on , I am not good in watercoloring or coloring with comic , but the only way to learn more and more and get a little bit better is to practice , and I found with big images with small details are good to practice watercoloring , I just love this technique I hope one day I get better at it . If you never try watercoloring , just try is easy than it looks and is so relaxing and the best part you don't have to add pressure to the coloring , for that reason is good for your hands , and how I said in the video the way I found the best for me is to add the color to the conners or border of the image and extend to the rest with a little bit of water . and id you stamp the image with embossing ink and settle with embossing powder the coloring get easier . I am trying to organize my stamps in a directory to make a easy way to found what I want to do , sometimes I don't remember what I have and some of my stamps get neglected and I never use them , I don't want to have things the I don't going to used if for that the I am trying to get organized with that , I already found 3 stamps the I bought twice , good I have a friend the live close to me that make cards , I can give the ones I have duplicate to her . I am tryin not to buy more for some time because I have to many , and I know people want to see new things in the videos , but for real is a lot of many to invest in stamps and die cuts , and I think I have enough for some times , unless I found something the I really really like , but for now I will take it easy . plus I used my craft to have fun and therapy .and trying to compete with the market is crazy , is a new release like every week and each release if you want to buy it is around 500 to 800 dollars and sometimes more, I know is a cheaper way , friends of mine talk a lot about the unbranded stamps and die cuts, but I always also read a lot about the support to small companies , I don't know what to think . if you have a opinion in this matter , please leave a comment , I will appreciate the advice .
I just fall in love ....well I just fall more in love with this alcohol pearl inks, they work in normal card stock , and they run like butter , of course the have to work they are alcohol base , like copic markers, and yes with can think , they are going to bleed and go everywhere , buy the work perfect , I just get HOOK again with another Tim Holtz product , I just hoping the new colors for this inks coming soon for the foil , I don't understand why I don't use this technique more often , is so pretty , I just getting black foil I need to try this with black shiny foil. very soon I will be on vacation and because is mandatory to get out of Saudi for 14 days I will travel to the state , and I am planning to get a lot of stuff the I can get here in Saudi (my husband do not know about this Sshhh) . or maybe I can get them but the shopping cost is a killer of hopes to get more stuff . also in the states is two of my sons I hope I can see them both because one live in Florida and the other in NYC I also going to London because my son graduates from Westminster University ( I think thats the way to write it ) we are so proud of him ...well we are so proud of all our sons I will try to make a lot of videos before going on vacation. not that is important , but is fun to make them. my youngest son said the my videos are a little bit awkward, but hey nobody is perfect . well I really really hope you try this , because is like magic, if you don't have a laser printer , take your project to a place where they can print it in laser ink and if you have a laminator , you are all set you will have a blast playing with your alcohol pears , everything is shiny , you have not idea how shiny this cards are , and I do love shiny , and for some people this is a good shine because is not stuck in your hands ,face , everywhere , some people do not like glitter for that reason , I don't mind to have pixy dust everywhere in my house .

I do love cards with coffee themes , even do I don't drink to much coffee I am more a tea drinker well , maybe I would change the tea for a beer depending of the time of the year, summer in a beach definitely beer , but hey don't get me wrong , coffee make people , people hahaha , I have friends that ids they don't drink their coffee , the are not nice , you have to wait to talk to them after coffee make the magical effect. Finally I finish this book of cards, I just what to say thank all of you the take the rime to watch my videos , I really hope you enjoy them even do they are not professional , I just craft from the heart and I hope you can learn something from them .
